About the Chairman

With over 28 years of professional experience, Dr. Sambashiva A.C. has established himself as one of Karnataka’s respected healthcare leaders.
His professional journey began in public healthcare, where he served as a Government Medical Officer for seven years. Working closely with underserved communities gave him invaluable insight into the healthcare challenges faced by ordinary families. Those experiences became the foundation of his lifelong mission—to make world-class healthcare accessible to every individual, regardless of economic background.
In 2007, together with Mrs. Jayamala D., he established Sri Lakshmi Hospital, laying the foundation for an institution built on clinical excellence, ethical practice, and compassionate care.
Today, that vision has grown into Samjaya Healthcare Limited, a multi-specialty healthcare organization delivering comprehensive medical services across multiple hospitals in Bengaluru while continually investing in advanced technology, specialist expertise, and patient safety.
